It's always exciting when an artist the DMS team is a fan of gets in touch to press their new album!
This time around, we were super hyped when Irish singer-songwriter, Ryan McMullan, contacted DMS Vinyl in need of vinyl, CDs and cassettes for his upcoming album, "Redesign". Since Ryan wanted all of his physical formats from one supplier, DMS were more than happy to help out!
With a hugely powerful voice and an impressive collection of original songs, Ryan has been touring worldwide for several years, amassing a large, loyal fanbase. He's gained millions upon millions of streams in the process too!
From New York to Sydney, and from Berlin to Belfast, his electric live show has led to Ryan opening Ed Sheeran's Divide tour, and even touring as a stand-in member of Snow Patrol. Naturally, we couldn't wait to get started...
With a classy baby pink colour palette to work with, Ryan decided to go with our #29 Pink Robots option for the records, #118 Baby Pink shells for the cassettes, and a CD on-body design in Pantone 700 C to match.
Ryan also created a stunning set of branded merch to work perfectly with his artwork, and we're certain his fans will go crazy for it all!
Spec Check:
The vinyl release went for our beloved #29 Pink Robots standard colour vinyl, and full-colour printed parts coated with a lush Matt Machine Varnish finish for a classy package that feels smooth to the touch!
Following in the same vein, Ryan's Pantone-printed CD came housed in a full-colour, 4-panel digipack with Matt Machine Varnish.
Keeping it classic with the cassette release, Ryan opted for a baby pink cassette shell with a tasteful white ink print! Tucked into a clear case, the finishing touch was a Matt finish, double-sided J-Card to bring the final package together.
Release Date: November 1st 2024
